ok guys heres a lil question ive been pondering and doing some research on, ive read in an article cant recall, that stated a once every 2 - 3 weeks fast one full day then a big day after to throw down major protiens and shit, ive read someplace that after a fast your body is like super absorbent for nutrients and can jumpsart protien sysnthesis and shit what would be your guy's veiw on this?
