What would be the point? Liquor is already incredibly cheap. Add in the danger of blowing your house up and I don't see much of an upside.

Always wanted to brew my own beer, but the hard stuff I'm scared of.

My brother got me into it. its real easy and you don't need a lot of fancy equipment. Kind of like converting tren pellets to oil. But i don't drink beer anymore. started getting too fat. :(

My buddy brews all the time.
What ever fruit is in season - he will make that flavor

The shit tastes great and you don't need much to make you stupid.
And the next day you feel great

Anyone here have a stovetop still that makes their own liquor?

Not on the stovetop, but a small 8gal reflux column still w/internal heating element. A stovetop sized still will not make much at all. Lucky to get almost (but not quite) 2 gal out of 8 gal of mash

The only problem i see with the stove top one is if you ever have a fire - not really sure what insurance would cover. Better of out side??
