Hello everybody!
Howz each one? I am new addition to this forum, so I might want to enlighten u something concerning myself. I am 175cm tall with around 85-kilogram weight. I am overweight and that's the reason I joined this forum so I could shed the extra layer of fat from my body. I need some guidance about what training I ought to do or more and how I could keep myself motivated and encouraged towards getting in shape.
Thanks ….

They key is diet. No amount of exercise or PEDs can fix a bad diet. Read up on how to improve your diet. Maybe even grab an online (or real life) trainer to help you.

Only after you get your diet in order, and then a good workout regimen in place, should you think about PEDs such as sarms or aas.

Oh, and welcome to ANASCI!

Welcome to the board! As cybrsage said, a good diet plan is needed at first and a cycle plan. Doing exercise properly is always a good thing.
