In my log I tell the entire story. I tried a leg training protocol called
"squat till ya puke" <---Not kidding. Long story short I got through 22 sets and never did puke. Two days later I'm in more pain than yesterday. I've been drinking a ton of water and soaking in the tub but it doesn't seam to be helping. It kept me up last night. I'm not taking Motrin or other pain aids because it stunts recovery growth. I got this from reading articles but I'm not quite sold on it . Does anyone have prof positive about pain aid blunting the recovery? From what I'm understanding, it blunts it by putting the pain signals on dim. The things that are put in motion don't go into motion because there not being signaled by the damaged fiber pain. Anyone?
