I realize that injecting L Carnitine is more effective than taking it orally, but I was considering taking anywhere between 5-10 grams of oral L Carnitine a day maybe both pre and post workout with my carbs and Humulin R.
Basically I would do this to be cost effective vs using inject L Carnitine.
What is everyones thoughts on how effective this would be.
