It just sends a shot up my spine watching these true stars of the "Golden age" of our sport. He's still big. Looks like a trip over sees for some super juice treatment and he would be big enough to mix it up today.

I always liked Lou!
And one of the only ones remaining from that era that still looks great!
 
I met Lou down in Venice Gold's Gym in the 90's. I was impressed by the size of him. I think he was around 300 and lean.
