Heavyweight is up too 225 and 1/2. He is 227 now. I told him not to worry about it, just go best shape you can. It will be close though.

Looks great.

Going into super wouldn't be a bad call. He looks tall. And super heavies don't usually come in that peeled.

Yep, exactly what I told him. He just texted me some pictures and said he is 224. He looks even better, but I told him to eat more carbs not to deplete or look flat. He looks liked he peaked perfectly though.

Very good. Probably needs a second coat of course but, you can tell he's getting dryer from the side chest in the hamstring but yes, looks a bit flatter from the front in the quads comparing the two hands on hips ab***inal shots.

He's gonna do well! Great job by both of you.

He looks to hyped
He isn't going to sleep tonight.
I have always forgotten to eat when I can't sleep at all the night before and am flat the next day.
That's just me.
My last show was golds classic- I looked so good that night - I was so excited to take every class.
I couldn't sleep
Got maybie 2 hours - got up flat as all hell and couldn't get any thing in.
I should have never got on stage - did get 3rd on each class.
That was my last show I ever bothered with.
Point
Well guess there was no point
But if I had some one like you Pesty in my corner I would have been ok
He is lucky to have you
Hopefully he's sleeping

He is getting pissed for me telling him to eat more carbs, lol. But guys like you understand that when you are drying out. I don't want him looking flat.
