Hey everyone just figured id introduce myself I'm on a few boards mostly just to learn and sourcing info. Took me awhile to check out anasci noticed the jano testing section and that pulled me right in. Currently winter bulk mode npp and test. 3500 ish calories right now im hesitant to go higher because i don't want my back fat to grow anymore. I'm thinking about throwing some frag in at some point close to spring and switching to primo, so far in my research i like the dht compounds, the libido boost is fuckin awesome. My training is 5 or 6 day typical split. With fasted cardio 4 or 5 days a week in the morning. (Reason i wanna add frag to make fasted cardio more effective). I log my workouts and most of my good, eventually ill decide to run a log on one of these boards. Just wanted to say whats up and a little about myself.
