I actually developed those deep cuts by running most my life. I can't do it now at this age, but up to close to 50, I was running 3 miles in about 20 minutes. Sucks, but plantar fasciitis and knees told me to stop.



You look great, Pesty! What’s your go to for cardio these days given that you no longer run?

Looking great dude.
I'm 54 and had to give up running sprints due to PF.

Right now I'm nursing a bad rotator injury. It seems like it never ends. As one injury heals, another pops up.

Originally ten plus years ago, I was flipping dbs up for inclines.

Been bothering me on-and-off off for years.

This time I huet it doing 20 lb lateral raises believe it or not. The difference between that time and this time is now all the little things outside the gym hurt like hell. With the original injury I was fine outside the gym it was just heavyweights that bothered it.
