how long should you wait after breakfast to work out? what i mean is the energy from breakfast isn't there till it starts to digest a little right?

I eat a 1/3 to 1 cup of oats about 40 min before the gym and do "0" cardio , after work I usualy go for a bike ride to get my cardoi in ,

I remember having weight training forst class of the day. Shit, I couldnt lift anything because I was still asleep. It sure was an easy "A" though!

na, I work the second shift, nothings open after midnite around here.

also my mornings start at 11pm :)

nope, no 24 hr fitness or id be there right now.

I don't work at wendy's, its mcdonalds.j/k accually im a welder, I make pieces of metal stick together.but only 40 more years and im going to retire, hell ya

I just started doing cardio in the AM to enhance my cutting. So far so good! Nothing crazy, just 20 to 30 minutes on an eliptical jogger (kind of like cross country skiing).
