OK, I did some research on IGF, and still a little confused...
can anyone give me a laymans definition of what it is?
and its benifits? thanx in advance
also, is it OK to use IGF when coming off a cycle?

read this bro........ and yes, its ok to use IGF when coming off cycle, in fact most would use it during their post cycle therapy or in between cycles. Great stuff!
