I'm not a big fan of the mornings, I have tried to become one, but my love for the sleep is much bigger and when I get up I can never eat right away, my hunger comes just after a couple hours .
I'm trying to get 4000 cals in, but I suppose that I really need the morning meal. Is there anything that I can do about it?
