hey every one started my 1st cycle 5 weeks ago of 500mgs test e/week. well week 1 i repped 295 three times on bench. and squatted 405 5 times. well after week 5 i close grip bench 295 5 times. i bench press 295 12 times. and im squatting 405 20 times. my starting weight was 220 lbs currently at 238 lbs. i have went up in all lifts. its amazing. i get pump like its my day job. the whole day io look foward to working out truly amazing. im throwin is some winny week 7-12 if ity arrives on time should.. anyways just keeping everyone updated.
