i'm a little confuse, should i consumer more protein etc on days that i weight train or the day after i train?

I eat the same amount of carbs and protein on both workout and non-training days.

Protein should stay the same imo. What needs to be adjusted is your overall calories. For example, if you are aiming for 3000 net calories in a day but you burn 1000 calories in the gym, then you will need to eat 4000 calories total.
