a 4th cycle..

Hi guys, I just been advised for a 4th cycle to run test enan at 750 mg for 16weeks. I want to put less stress on my body to be safe
I'm 33/ 5 10 215 lbs and 13 %BF. What do you think? Many thanks

What did you use for you first three cycles?

Depending on those, 750mg/wk for 16wks should be a pretty good run for a 4the cycle.

It is ok cycle and you can make some good gains on it...but 16 weeks? too much imo...

Sounds great to me, 16 weeks isnt too long. Plenty of people do 16 week cycles, its better to do if blasting and cruising, but no matter what it gives great gains. Going to throw any orals in or just the test?

16 weeks sounds like a really long time to be shut down.
I'm sure you can attain the same in 12 weeks

i was waiting on him to list his goals and PCT, yeah 16weeks can go either way but if you have it and are going to run it i dont really see a problem as long as he has healthy endocrine system now. if i were running 16 weeks id add about 800wk EQ to that test and rock on! only if your RBC is good to go and you know how to eat. you eat good on this and you can really do some good growing.

With proper training, rest and if he's aware of how his body reacts, then yes.
