scared the shit outa me!!! thought i was dyin.
my girl said my heart was pounding like crazy...i stopped inhaling a cpl times...
then when i jumped up not breathing...she didnt know what to do.

i dnt know. guess i gota go see a doc. within the last month or two...ive been having pain in my left ear n left side of my head....hard beats from my heart....all when my pressure goes up....now this. im kinda scared to see a dr.

Apnea causes severe BP rise , heart issues organ issues because apnea starves organ brain etc of oxygen. Dont mess around like me for no lnowledge I had it.cause I had a mess of health issues partly from it..do the overnight sleep study with like 15 wires to your head and video camera so don't pull out the pecker while sleeping and scare the Dr....cost me 2200$ for study and unit with insurance. Ill tell u what I use if u want to know..I love it but my girl doesn't ..lol
