And feeders every other day

You're a beast...I do no more than 3x5 sets total after 2 progressive warm up sets...or I do/did a 5-4-3-2-1 bench workout...my exact bench sets were 135x10 (warm up) then 185x5, 225x4, 275x3, 315x2, 340x1...then a down set with 225 close grip...that's it...when I first started 40 years ago I followed an Arnold routine and got slightly stronger and bigger...I then started a once week body part HIT routine (push-pull and a leg day) similar to mentzer and my strength and size improved exponentially...after 3 major surgeries 10-15 years ago on a ruptured quad tendon (2002) ruptured tricep tendon (2007) and a torn pec (2004) I decided to just do a leg (squat) workout on Monday and chest, back, shoulder, bicep and tricep workout on Fridays...I only do a total of 12 sets on Fridays workout...it is what works best for me...

Ive played with 531 programs.

I do this currently

1 set 135 x30
4 sets 165 x 15
3 sets 185 x 15
2 sets 215 x 10

Then DB
5 sets with 70s for 20
3 sets with 80s for 15- 18
2 sets with 90s for 12-15

Then decline DB 5 sets of 90s for 12

Then inclinr DB 5 sets of 65s for 12-15

That thoroughly kicks my ass

I have done similar but prefer working up to 1 max set. Sometimes I might do 5 sets to failure on bench but I try to keep the volume down and make the working sets count.

If doing all those sets do you add in anything else for chest or just keep it to benching?

So jealous listening to your numbers. I'm still waiting to have Supraspinatus repair. Have not benched in 6 months. Very soon. LOL
Forgot to mention to OP:
Nice lift brother. You sound pretty long and lean. Short guys have easier time. Obviously you're not short. My old training partner was 5'6" and benched in the low 600's. I swear the bar only had to move 4-6 inches to full lockout! He had bowling ball shoulders though. LOL

My bench stroke is 19 inches...I have looked at benching over the years like a geometry teacher...when the bar is at my chest my upper arms are at about a 45 degree angle to my back...that is 135 degrees to my chest...I was a swimmer in college and developed very good shoulder flexibility...however, like you my shoulders are feeling beat after all the years of benching...I started using a shoulder saver a few years ago periodically and I am planning on using it more as I continue to age and lose flexibility...I have had enough surgeries!...good luck with your surgery...on a side note my first surgery on my ruptured quad tendon was a disaster...I contracted a blood infection and had to have it redone 4 weeks later...my doctor told me I was lucky...my internal organs were beginning to shut down and he said I was close to having my lower leg amputated...he drained it and there was so much pressure from the puss in my knee that the plunger was going back by itself...I was hallucinating...I saw monkeys on the ceiling and leprechans were peeking at me from under the bed...it was June and 90 degrees but I was shivering so bad that the bed was bouncing...I left the hospital 6 days after surgery with a pick line in my bicep connected to a fanny pack that had a pump and antibiotics for 6 weeks...a nurse would come over every few days and draw blood to check if I was improving...2 times I was at a blood doctor's office and while sitting in the waiting room I observed a lot of aids patients...that was a bad summer...I still went to work though...
