blister on back

I'm on cycle week 7 with test enanth, tren ac, and a little hcg and today I noticed a blister on my back. Its strange. I think its lower than where the bar rests during squats so I don't think it got rubbed/irritated. My back is also a little pinkish from tanning but I don't think its a bad sunburn. Is this normal? I have never had it. I've had plenty of pimples but this is different. Any ideas?

No I don't have any new soaps. Maybe it is a bug bite. I've never had a blister that wasn't on my feet or hands before.

Today my wife pierced it and instead of puss coming out it was blood. But it wasn't a lot of blood and after squeezing as much out as possible it was still puffy. It just looks like a blister. Maybe I bumped it and it bled inside forming a blister-like bruise.
