I just wanted your guys input on the efficiency of this method Im considering doing. This is also off cycle.
What do you guys think of cutting to 10% bf, then as soon as you reach that bulk to 15% bf. Then repeat this method. Do you think my body will gain and reasonable amount of lean muscle mass?
I cant stand doing a 3-5 month bulk during the winter because where i am its always sunny out.
