At what point would you consider someone is overdoing their cardio?say for somebody that is on a cutting diet but still want to maintaining muscle

How much cardio you doing now?

I do around 4 hours a weeks of cardio (15min rower,30min treadmill,15 min cycling, Monday/Thursdays/Fridays/Saturday)
1 hour kikboxing Tuesday and two days off, Wednesday and Sundays

you're doing to much cardio unless it's really low intensity. are you doing the cardio for fat burn or performance?
