Certified letter?

Whats up everyone, i just orderd some syringes from ryvmed and i recieved them last thurs. Now today i got a certified letter in the mail, do they send you one for some reason?Or did i get it for something eles probabaly?

Whew! Well i found out what happend and why i got the certified letter, with the 4th of july landing over the weekend my mind and time was with my family since they where down visiting. So i forgot to pay the rent on time and was 3 days late actually 5 since they where closed on the 4th, so they sent me a certified letter saying i need to pay or else basically. so no big deal it just was sent at the wrong time!!
