Im currently taking 2wk on 2wk off clen but i want to know if it is alright to miss a day or two during your on weeks. Some days i dont have time to work out so i'm not sure if i should take them on those days. I think if i do take them i will be pretty wired if i dont excersize. If i take two days off in the middle of my on weeks, will that bring out any negative effects?
