whats up fellaz.
just finished a cyc not to long ago and was gonna run a little clen to shed the last bit of weight because unfortunately i consume way to much food.. just cant stop eating, ever! night day morning never stops.. 510-11 225lbs body fat is low over all just hold a little at the belly button range that wont leave because of over eating due to constant training... workouts consist of some cardio type training cause i cant stand a treadmill.. i want to increase that type of training.... anyways
<how is the exxcelrated heart rate with clen with cardio workouts> should i not do to much heart strain activities while on the clen??????
