clomid or nolvadex?

for pct of a 10 week cycle of deca at 400mg/week what should i take to reestablish my on production of testosterone?

300 mg remainder of week 1
200 mg week 2
150 mg week 3
10 mg week 4

I hope you have some test with that cycle of deca. It will shut you down hard if not. I prefer Nolvadex for PCT, but thats just because I worry about some of the sides clomid could have. Clomid also seems to give me lots of acne break outs.

what do you mean shut me down hard? And what doses should i use of test? and which test should i go for? I dont want alot of bad sides with the test

shutting you down hard mean your testes won't be producing any testosterone and your libido will be incredibly low. 500 mg/week of test is good. test enanthat or cypionate.
