Some say it is the best time to take it because your body better utilizes the creatine while on AAS. Personally, I take itduring pct to help keep my strength and weight up. But after this last time with creatine and the past 3 or 4 times before I think it is useless. Maybe 2 or 3 times have I ever gotten any gains from creatine, anymore, nothing. But supposedly people resond differently to creatine. I will try it on cycle next time and if nothing then I will stop wasting my money on it. I do however take glutamine always. It is in my protein powder and I think it is good for recovery.
