A little update on my current cycle, what do you all think about the results so far? A little back ground; I started at 6'4" 240, age 29. I am currently in week 13 of a 22 week cycle.
wk 1-5, 50-100 mg anadrol/wk
wk 1-10, 250-500 mg sust 250/wk
wk 7-14, 400-600 mg test 400/wk
wk 7-14, 400 mg deca/wk
wk 15-22, 250-500 mg test enanthate/wk
wk 15-20, 100 mg test prop/eod
wk 15-20, 50 mg winny/eod
wk 15-20, 75 mg tren, ed
wk 12-15, 20-25, clen, 80-120 umg/d cycling 3 days on 2 days off
wk 16-20, 10-40 umg/d cytomel cycling
wk 20, 1000 i.u./d HCG for 10 days
wk 21, 25 mg/d proviron for 10 days
wk 21-23, 100 mg/d clomid
wk 1-25, 20-40 mg/d nolvadex
I gained about 25 lbs pretty quick on this cycle while eating everything in sight and went up to about 265. But over the past few weeks have cleaned the diet up, about 3500 cal/d, 350-400 protein, 300-400, carbs, the rest fat and have increased the cardio to 3 40 min. sessions per week. I am working out 6 days a week as well but only hitting each body part once except for calves and abs both twice a week. My weight has dropped down to around 253 now but my bf% has went from around 20% to around 15-16%. I am hoping to drop another 5 or 6 percent bf the last 7 weeks of the cycle. So, what do ya think?
