I wonder if I still need as much food on non training days. I'm currently eating about 4500 calories a day. Should I cut down on non training day?thanks
In my opinion, the nutrition on your non training days are just as important as training days. you will fuelling your body for the next training session
You definitely need. Working out you destroy the muscles tissue and the nervous system. On the post workout day or days it rebuilds through diet and sleep.
