End of Cycle Questions...Loose ends

Just finished my last winny tab and start pct Wed am. Couple questions:
1...am I right to start lowering my caloric intake to approx 3000-3500 cals at this time, or should I wait post pct
2...want to stop the Liv 52 for a while...how long after stopping orals before I can stop the liver cleanser?

you can stop the liv now if you want as orals have short halflives......

i wouldn't drop the cals that much.....if you see yourself gaining a bit too much fat, you can back off....all personal preference
