I was going to suggest an eca stack, but on the bottle it says not for people with heart problems or thyroid disease. what can someone with thyroid disease take thats realitivly safe, to boost fat burning while dieting and exercizing?
Depends what type of thyroid disease you have. If you are hyperthyroid (too much thyroid activity), then I'd avoid all other drugs that activate the sympathetic nervous system, including ephedrine, clenbuterol, obviously additional T3 or T4, etc. Also, the aspirin causes release of thyroid hormones from thyroid binding globulin, thus increasing free thyroid hormones levels even more (which is why you never treat the high temperature of 'thyroid storm' with aspirin). If, on the other hand you are hypothyroid (not enough normal thyroid function) and are already taking T4 (or rarely T3) replacement, the alpha and beta agonists (ephedrine, clen, etc,) wouldn't be nearly as potentially dangerous, but you would need to make sure that your thyroid hormone levels (from replacement therapy) are in the normal range.
