That is true. Plus, with a war going on they are spending more time looking for terrorist communications than they are Fred steroid user from Podunk USA.
Someone has to fund the war effort and steroid users are generally law abiding tax paying citizens whereas coke, meth and crack users are not.

The Feds do use programs that look for specific words, but nobody actually sits and reads all the e-mails. If their program red flags someone's mail for numerous "hit" words, then someone may look closer at it. Like DR said though, most of the things they are looking for has to do with terrorism
