I need your thoughts for this as a first cycle:

Test e 500 mg week – 12 weeks
30mg dianabol/day – 4 weeks
Stats: 31yo, 4years of training

You don't need AAS at 154 pounds. You need to learn how to eat. If you do a cycle now I can almost guarantee your not gonna be pleased with the results after you have come off and recovered.

Good pct... taper down and time

Nolva at 20mg for 3 weeks then 10mg for a 4th week is great. Nolva is best imo. You can add clomid at 100mg for 2 weeks and 50mg for the 3rd week (so you do nolva 1 week more).
