Hi, i'm planing to do my first bodybuilding competition, september of next year.
I would like to inform myself on how to prepare a good cycle Or 2 before the contest.
I would like you guys to look at my plan and help me correct it and if you can suggest anythings better.
Here are my stats:
Age : 19
Height :5,6
Weight :205
Bf : 11 %

* I've cycled Testerone and deca before *
This is the plan i was thinking of (second cycle) :
(From October 1 to January 1) --> Mass cycle.
week 1 : test 600 mg - Deca 400 mg - Anabol (not sure exacly on the dose)
week 2 : test 600 mg - Deca 400 mg - Anabol (not sure exacly on the dose)
week 3 : test 600 mg - Deca 400 mg - Anabol (not sure exacly on the dose)
week 4 : test 600 mg - Deca 400 mg - Anabol (not sure exacly on the dose)
week 5 : test 600 mg - Deca 400 mg
week 6 : test 600 mg - Deca 400 mg
week 7 : test 600 mg - Deca 400 mg
week 8 : test 600 mg - Deca 400 mg
week 9 : test 600 mg - Deca 400 mg
week 10 : test 600 mg - Deca 400 mg
week 11 : test 600 mg
week 12 : test 600 mg
I want to add in Anabol, I would do it from wk 1 to 4 at 35 mg a day.
What Do You Guys Think About That ?
In this cycle i will use Hcg and Provirons, could you please give any infos on the correct dosage ect ... (Because it is the first time im using those)
I will have nolva on hand.
For the following months of January , Fabuary and March im planing on trying my best to keep the gain i accumulated from this cycle.
For the month of April and may, I will concentring on my diet incorporating ECA stack. Cutting phase.
For the remaining month of June, july and August, my stategy is to do a cycle of lean mass. I'd like Anyone who is knowledgable in this area to please post a good cycle.
Ps : If ever you could help me with supplement it would be good to. (not protein of course)
