Hey guys,

Heard Jay Cutler talk about FST-7 training and gave it a go for leg day. It looked something like this

Squats 3x8-10
One legged curls (hammer strength) 3x8-10
Leg press ( close stance, full range) 7x8-12 @ 30 sec intervals.

This little ditty whooped my ass, going to go thru all the body parts and see. What's all ur thoughts?
