This was last time I dieted down. I started around 242lbs and I was around 238-240 in these photos. I am a firm believer I can get lean and grow in minimal gear.
Nice....roadmap vascularity!

Thanks!! I don’t really have anything to contribute it to other than not getting really heavy in offseason I guess? I have tried staying around 10-15lbs above stage weight lately and feel better overall and my strength is still very good or just as good as when I’m closer to 20-30lbs over stage weight.

I'm sure there doing cardio for heart health. But many studies have proven cardio does improve the bodies response the gear and the effect it exerts.

I didn't recommend burning the excess off the back end by doing meds. But that's what they do. Apparently there are gains to be made by max-plusing glucose storage assisting nutrient/cell insertions. At that level, I think everything they do shortens their lives. Take a look at the new crowed of top BBers and tell me what they have in common with Arnolds day? It's just a different world. But you know this. :)

Glad someone else knows whats really going on at the top

The old tried and true method of blasting AAS, GH, Slin, and DNP/T3/Clen has really helped a lot of top guys put on 20-30lbs of solid tissue without only really gaining water.

I feel like doing this in small stints is obviously beneficial but you gotta stay on top of your health

I've always been a lurker more than a poster as I work with a lot of competitors and never wanted to come off in the wrong light.

Figured it was time to start posting here and on PM

Diet 100%. Adding a small dose of tren can definitely help though. Too much tren and I burn through calories.

I should know this but has there been actual real evidence showing that tren increases metabolic rate or ability increase thermogenics/burn fat/calories? I know people often get confused about cutting drugs like winni or mast and think they actual burn fat but from my knowledge that’s totally false.

Just browsing on my phone but I wanted to reply to this as well. Firstly I agree with odin and yourself. I 100% burn fat from tren but I also agree most aas don't burn fat like people think they do. There are definitely many mechanisms of action involved.

The problem with tren is you won't find studies done on humans so there isn't much data on it. However, there is still some info that we can piece together and imo form a valid conclusion. I won't look for studies now as I am on my phone but it's obvious to me tren does increase my metabolic rate.

I think it's effects on igf-1 and prostaglandins are a large part of it's "fat burning" effects. There are androgen receptors in fat tissue as well and due to it's strong androgenic nature it will engage those receptors. Tren is almost like igf-1 for me in it's effect and is great for nutrient partitioning. Then comes the simple body temperature increase I get from it which contributes to things. All in all I definitely think it contributes to fat burning in a variety of ways.

You look fantastic btw.

I never force feed. Always eat sensible amounts of clean calories. Train hard. Add in hgh even just a low dose. I find the same with tren but only use that once per year now and not when bulking. Always limit my carbs to about 400g per day. I used clen quite a lot in the past with good effect but prefer not to use it much now for health reasons.

:yeahthat:

I also find tren also has a big impact on any water retention I may have. So if I add it in during a bulk I immediately notice a reduction in water retention. That alone can make someone appear leaner even if fat is unaffected. It definitely increases my metabolism as well. If I dose tren too high I can even struggle to gain weight.

I have recently been experimenting with new ways of trying to grow while staying lean around 8-10% bf instead of the typical offseason bulking gaining maybe 25-40lbs of extra weight. I have been keeping all my carbs pre/intra/post while using slin/GH around training and then the rest of the day staying high protein moderate fat zero/low carb. Have any of you guys used this approach to try and maintain a lean look all year while using proper timing of gear and food to try and grow? I will lay out my last blast so you can see what I did.

Test enth 500/week

NPP 300/week

EQ 400/week

Test susp 50mg pre workout

GH 5iu/1 hr pre workout

Humalog 4-5iu 15 min pre workout

Nolvadex 50mg daily

Aromasin 10mg 3 times week

-my protein was around 400g daily, fats were around 60g, carbs were 60g pre workout/25g intra/80g post workout. Rest of day was protein/ fats/and veggies

-I went from about 240lbs to 245lbs with bodyfat getting pretty low around 8% I’m assuming. No cardio and weight training around 4-5 days per week.

How much time from 240 to 245 bro?
Can you post a daily meal plan of yours?
Training protocol?

Progressive clean food and hard training. Simple but the truth. It's all about consistency with everything. No big jumps in food or drugs.

-I generally will do 12-20 week cycles so for me that’s a good amount of time to add size and get leaner.

-my meal plan is basic...chicken, lean 90/10 sirloin burger, eggs/whites, whey isolate, Low fat cottage cheese, sometimes shrimp or fish. My carbs are intra workout HBCD powder, Cheerios, rice, rice pasta, veggies. Fats are almonds and almond butter don’t generally do tons of added fats.

Training again is basic....train each bodypart every 4-7 days with heavy compound movements and then some blood volume work at end. Try to progress on main movements and Stay injury free

I do the same. I also try to stay away from wet compounds. I suppose your diet determines your results but if I use a lot of deca and dbol I bloat up even if my diet is very clean. I prefer using things like test, eq, primo, tbol, avar. If I use things like deca or dbol I use small doses.
