at 400/mg a week of deca and 250/mg a week of test both for a 10 week cycle, how many mg of nolvadex should be taken a day?

Run the nolva for a totaly of four weeks. Those four weeks would begin after your last injection of test and deca. So it would be after the cycle.

and should i start the test and deca together? the reason im asking is because i thought about starting the test first that way i will still be on the deca for a couple of weeks to keep from having such a noticable decrease in size and strength as quickly.
