Water is not cheap these days. I just got some from a really good place not too far from me. Really cheap. There might be one near you. It called a tap Only joking. But seriously go and put the tap on and drink it. On a side note you can get large bottles of water for really cheap in discount stores.
Lots and lots. It is very healthy and necessary when taking supplements or gear. Also when drinking a lot the body doesn't store much water and you will look leaner.
