Im guessing here you meant THIGH Inject... For most everything I use
a 23g 1"...... You could go as small as a 25g or some will use up to a 22g.

Not realy .

I used number of times 1 1/2 inch in my quads . Maybe a little bit of extra pain , but nothing serious.
