I use biceps often for injects 1" pins are perfect. I like IGF1LR3 directly IM with slin pin into muscle trained.

winny yes, sus yes... however both may cause a lot of inflammation

oh and if it were me i would go with a 1 inch 25 g needle for the inject... less scar tissue.

Yea that shit does hurt. I've done this with test prop. Whats worse is in the peak of your traps. Any spot injection with test prop hurts.

Man, maybe its just me but I haven't noticed any gains from spot injecting. Also I had a horrible time when I shot into my biceps, but eveyones different. And hey its just my opinion. Good luck

Shot 75 mg of prop into right bicep. and 50 mg of Winny inot right tricep, talk about uncomfortable, but my arm looks f**king huge, for now.
