Ok, so a few months ago, I posted about an idea that I had to develop some kind of simple software program to record my cycles, what I took, etc, so I could keep some historical info. Simple; that should only take me a few hours. Then someone suggested that it should record weight-training info too; and a Diet history, and a journal, etc, etc.
Now, many months later...I'm finally done.
I have two different versions of the software if you would like to download a trial copy to check out:
