I would say run the Letro or some Nolva and see if that takes care of the puffiness.

i always run adex throughout and keep the nolva handy just in case. never had it too bad besides soreness from test i have had puffy nips from tren a few times but yeah i always used adex and nolva.

If you have naturally puffy nipples letro nothing besides surgery will help this,but if is gyno, letro will works just fine.

Are you on cycle or have you ever done a cycle? Nolvadex is great for gyno. Most of the AI's dry my joints out. Obviously that is dose dependent but very common for me. Although an added benefit of that is drying you out, thus, improving your look. But nolva gives me all the benefits without the sides. I have had gyno I have left for 6 months and 20mg nolva got rid of it in 2 weeks. Try 20mg tamoxifen for a few weeks and see how you are.

Give it a week or two, then once it clears up, taper down the letro by half, then the following week a half again. After that, switch over to aromasin. Letro is very strong.
