Gents,

Question is this: never being on TRT etc before.... Love the workouts and FINALLY starting to feel better from some serious Health issues.....
Thanks to IB and Jacked !! Great guys!

I've noticed that, MUCH harder to train to muscle failure...and recover sooo quick almost feel like should every other day...(which I know not good)

Just wondering if any you have experienced this , and any suggestions??

Using VERY strict form.... 3-5 sets per body part,not including warm ups...... Reps- 10-15, then 6-8 last set or two.....

Always experience Muscle failure right there and then, at end..... But ready to Rock REAL quick again
