Incline bench db shrugs and rows. Cable or T-bar rows pulling to your chest with full stretch.

My fav would be bench assisted t-bar rows. Position yourself so you are pulling to the your lower traps. Move up in weight and do 1 working set with supinated and hammer grips. You could do the same with other row movements.

I know I said it before....but tbar rowing with your palms facing you.

Non-supported t-bar rows. Pick up the weight, retract your scapula back and down like setting up for a bench....and row to your lower-mid chest area.

At the top of the movement....try to contract your shoulder blades together. These pump that area on me like no other exercise.
