Many questions / My first cycle

I'm 28 years old, 5'8, 190 lbs. 10% BF. I have been lifting weights sence age 17, currently I spend 2-3 hrs lifting 3 1/2 times a week. Made up my mind to do a cycle and this is what I have planned.

Week 1 D-bolon 25mg a day Deca-50 50mg a day
Week 2 D-bolon 25mg a day Deca-50 50mg a day
Week 3 D-bolon 25mg a day Deca-50 50mg a day
Week 4 D-bolon 25mg a day Deca-50 50mg a day Winstrall-V 100mg a day
Week 5 D-bolon 25mg a day Deca-50 50mg a day Winstrall-V 100mg a day
Week 6 Deca-50 50mg a day Winstrall-V 100mg a day
Week 7 Deca-50 50mg a day Winstrall-V 100mg a day
Week 8 Deca-50 50mg a day Winstrall-V 100mg a day
Week 9 Winstrall-V 100mg a day
Week 10 Winstrall-V 100mg a day

I am allso planning on taking 6-oxo anti estrogen stimulate durring and after cycle 600-900mg.

I work a 13hr shift so I only lift on my days off. Its 3 on 3 off for me, work 3 days then lift 3 days repeat.

Q. Do I take my tabs on days I work? I don't lift those days.

Q. Is it best to take before your workout or before you go to bed?

Q. Does this cycle look ok or is it realy bad? Any advice would be great.

Me personally, I don't like this cycle.........why...........because you have no test in it. This is your first cycle and your already playing around with too many compounds. If you get into trouble (sides) you will not know which one is the culprit. Now to the advice..........Get some test enanth or test cyp. Run 300mg/wk along with 200mg/wk deca. Or even better just use test @ 400-500mg/wk only. Go for 10 weeks and then do your standard PCT. You will get some serious gains from test only if your diet and training is right!! What you have in mind is going to shut you down anyway that is why every basic cycle should have test.
