I hate muscle cramps. I get them in my back, I get them in my abs, calves,bi's, and once in a while the Hamstring from hell. I take every vitamin and mineral on the planet with enough water to keep a camel happy but still I get muscle cramps. Is this just something I have to suck it up and live with or do you guys have some tricks I don't know about?

Are you taking Clenbuterol ?? or just muscle cramps from your workout?

You might need sodium in your diet...or possibly try some magnesium or taurine.

I'll try to up the sodium a bit but I already hit the obvious mineral and vitamins. One thought I had was heat as a factor. It has been one hell of a hot summer in Florida and I've been outside alot this year. Maybe when things cool off a bit these cramps will ease up. Not doing clen or any stimulants. I wonder what would be considered a high body temperature while training in the heat?

Thanks DR I'll add some zinc to my bedtime snack list
I'm wondering if it might not be more about the magnesium since both Mac and I had it on our list.
Also, with minerals, timing is everything. Some vitamins or even other minerals can interfere with absorption. Some need to be taken on an empty stomach.

I hit that magnesium twice a day, zinc is something I ran out of and just forgot to replace. It's probably a combination of things that are causing these cramps, I just have to figure where my mistake is. Hell getting old

also in Florida

also in Florida and getting muscle cramps, and yes it is hot, but it could be about the air conditioning that we have everywhere and it is so cold.
Muscles may be cramping from the cold...I know it sounds weird but...
also ac dries you and them out
