To hit a blood vesel is obvious that is going to happened. That is nothing to worry. Aspirating you are making sure that you are not injecting into a vein and there is the danger.

Where are you trying to inject? You glutes are the preferred sites because of it's lack of chances in hitting something problematic.

I am injecting with a 1.5" and I aspirate, the injection went well.

right , if you aspirate and not move the needle after , nothing to worry if you hit a vein. actualy it is very probable that you will hit one very often
