Im a tech retard. 19 going on 90 when it comes to this. Unless I missed a sticky, can someone, in detail, explain how to upload a photo from ones phone onto here. thanks much

For avatar go personal setting. Hit edit or custom avatar and enter you mugshot..or what's on Americas most wanted...
