Doesn't Benedryl help clear up your adrenal glands?

I have heard of that, but don't know the specifics. I take 2 benedryl most nights at bedtime as a sleep aid.

I guess We're still lucky to buy it OTC @8mgs a pill....have to take 5 pills to get a buzz before hitting the gym....

H.S. that's a lot of Bronkaid at I'm weigh around 300 lbs, and only take 1-1.5 each serving
