New years resolutions

A bit premature but i need to bump something off the new thread list.
Personally i think it's a sure way to set yourself up to fail.
In spite of that,Im going to commit to my health even more and be free of debt at the end of '06 that is my resolution...
Anything anyone resolve to change the upcoming year?Or are you all already perfect.

my goal is to be more giving to the community, and to get bf to 8 % and bench 495 by 2007 new year. im at 405 right now. and squat 650-700 im at 550 right now..anyoine think these goals are possible?

1) not drink so I can save my liver since dbol has been so good to me
2) come up with a form of non-toxic dbol

You want to change your perspective on being "positive"
go to a cemetary, there is a lot of people there who could(if they werent dead) enlighten us to the upside or 'positive' side of our lives/attitudes.Maybe it doesn't matter that they're dead. But that you are there alive.

I'll always be a cynic/realist no matter where Im standing.
But Power of a positive attitude is a blessing indeed...

Actually Kell...there is this guy that works at the hospital with me. He's probably around my age, we've never talked but everytime I see him...he is always smiling. I mean he constantly has a smile on his face....I always think to myself....what is going on inside his head or his life that makes him smile all the time? I wish I could smile or even glow like he does....but it makes me smile the few mins I see him and then I go back to my ol bitter self....bwahahahaha
