I think the Off Topic Forum should have remained, new members might have questions or concerns outside the span of a forum called "Anabolic Science" (the science part might make them think of more technical discussions) and be unaware that they can talk abour anything there, as a suggestion you could maybe change the name from Anabolic Science to AnaSci Forum or AnaSci General Forum?
