what do you think about the green bananas ?are they better than yellow ones? and if so , why?

don't think that is true . It's just that the starchy carbs turn to sugars, which is just another form of carbohydrate.
in my opinion the yellow ones are much better, of course when is still firm.
the energy from them is release slowly and shouldn't forget that have a better taste then green ones .
